Easy to understand and get in contact with you future employer

Buggy and unpolished. The website is far better. Also calling it just "Jobs" is stupid. I know this is the Apple store but still, your application is a little bit more specific than that.

Great for recruiting talent

Excellent way to find and apply for a job in a start-up

No ability to browse multiple categories at once, swipes dont register over half the time, not now button doesnt work.

Great website, get app, lots of companies, good place to find a job.

Search doesnt work outside of SF. Wont accept other cities and still gives only SF results. UX needs rehaul. Dont waste peoples time.

"Makes your skin look 10years younger"

The app tries (I think) to create a Tinder-like experience where a hiring manager can quickly cycle through a long list of profiles, expressing interest or skipping a candidate. However in reality the app fails in two major points: * After swiping the screen says "no more, please check back soon", even though there are still many candidates left in the list. * The list doesnt shrink even after Ive taken action (interested or skipped) on a candidate. This makes knowing who Ive screened and who I havent impossible.

The search based on area does not work in the new version.

This is a great tool for searching in the startup space...it provides useful information and a straightforward way of applying and/or expressing interest.

Ive gotten well-paying gigs through this app and find it easy to use. Great matching tool particularly for freelancers and startups.

No ability to filter or at least get the lists that you already setup on the site. Jobs are randomly pushed to you that have nothing to do with your profile. Appreciate the app attempt but its really nothing you can do with it in the current form. I will be the first to change this review once basic filtering or at least a Browse All feature is added. Last but least I dont get how to are pushed about 7-8 "matches" then it says "thats all for now". This is my second time downloading in about 2 weeks with the hope something has changed.

Newest version is really good

Not only easy to search, but even easier to apply. I can see myself using this a lot whilst on my quest for an inspiring future position. Now about that job.....

Its so easy to apply to or skip job opportunities-its Tinder for business! this is the best app ever for job hunting. search is easy, and filters like area and salary range are right there alongside decryptions. No need to write out long cover letters-just send a short note. And you dont have to pay to submit anything like Thumbtack.
