Good intentions but failed implementation

The app tries (I think) to create a Tinder-like experience where a hiring manager can quickly cycle through a long list of profiles, expressing interest or skipping a candidate. However in reality the app fails in two major points:

* After swiping the screen says "no more, please check back soon", even though there are still many candidates left in the list.
* The list doesnt shrink even after Ive taken action (interested or skipped) on a candidate. This makes knowing who Ive screened and who I havent impossible.
