If you want a job with a startup, download this app, fill out your profile, upload your resume, and reply promptly to any inquiries or hits you get from startups looking to hire. Id spent months paying for LinkedIn and TheLadder and I was frustrated with the process of reviewing and applying for jobs through both. I also wasnt finding companies or positions I was really interested in. The whole thing felt like a waste of time. As soon as I got on AngelList I began connecting with startups in my area that were hiring at the rate of two high quality leads a week. I had a job offer that I accepted within 4-5 weeks of signing up.

Where are the jobs?

AngelList is convenient and idiot-proof. incomparable to Indeed, LinkedIn or any job search engine for start-ups

I thought this app connected startups with angel investors? It only gives the option to look for work or hire people for your company. Im confused...

I never thought I could apply for job through my phone. This app makes it possible !

I am sorry to say this, but it seems the team that designed and developed the mobile app know very little about intuitive and user friendly UI/UX. Back to the drawing board please.

Doesnt let me show interest in a company without making a Candidate Profile (outside the app, mind you). Fine, I take the time to make and save a profile and the app does not recognize that. Pretty much useless. PS. Im a senior UX designer, and your app makes me cringe. Usability test much?

Since I download this app，I tried the search feature again and again even after several updates and it just didnt works！I even tried delete it and install it again and didnt work at all. Please try to fix it!

I love AngelList on my desktop. The app does not allow users to filter their job search in many ways, so its basically useless. You will get a listing of hundreds of jobs that dont apply to you. Also, the display info is minimal for search results, so you have to open every listing individually to get basics such as job title. Im deleting the app.

Glad the app was made!! Really need a back/undo button though.

Nice simple clean interface. Would be nice to go back and see was was swiped through.

Streamlines and simplifies a normally painful process for both the employer and job seeker.

I need to preface this by saying I love angel list. I think they are doing a lot right, but for some reason, their iOS app is always lacking. Guys fix the UX, this is appalling to someone whos in this profession. An example: I tap login, then it gives me a pull up menu with the options of "login" and cancel... Why? I already made a cognitive decision to login and now youre adding another step. Also... I see three companies that are hiring and I cant tap into them... Why are you featuring companies on the home screen and I cant interact with them? Just make them tapable... I thought maybe after I logged in it would work? I was wrong. After logging in, I tap my image to see where that leads and it seems as though that just pulls up a menu again that says "messages" and "logout." Now I agree with logout but messages? Why not "go to profile" where Ill be able to update my profile? Why do I have to go to you guys website to do that? These are just issues that keep coming up. Please find someone to fill all of these gaps.

Decent interface but how can San Francisco have 3000+ jobs for any given category but when selecting "any location" only a few results show up??

App is unusable on iOS 8. I tried uninstalling it and reinstalling twice, and I cant make it past the first page.
