Pretty awful use experience.

Doesnt let me show interest in a company without making a Candidate Profile (outside the app, mind you). Fine, I take the time to make and save a profile and the app does not recognize that. Pretty much useless.

PS. Im a senior UX designer, and your app makes me cringe. Usability test much?
